Myles Duke take part in Intercounty Tenpin Champs
Myles Duke bowled in the Inter county Tenpin Bowling U14/U16 team championships for Lincolnshire at the week end, Myles bowled very well in the team scoring 623 in his three game block ably supported by his team mates and the team finished with a 189.5 average.
This was good enough for the silver medal they then had to bowl doubles at Under 14 and Under 16 level the combined scores from all three added together for the over all county champions.
The Under 14's put in a fair score and Myles bowled a 600 in the U16's which helped Lincolnshire into silver position again.
This was an excellent effort by the team as compared to some of the counties Lincolnshire has a much smaller population to choose from, next week Myles is bowling in the adult national championships and at the end of the month he will be bowling in the Lincolnshire adult trials.
