Having achieved the qualifying time for the 60m recently in an open meeting in Lee Valley, Nick Lynch competed at the National Indoor Championships in Birmingham on Saturday. He recorded a personal best of 7.48 secs and finished with the 29th best time in the U17 age group. His previous PB of 7.56 was already good enough to top this season's Power of 10 rankings for the East Midlands for under 17 boys.
