Natalie Blake successfully defended her IPC Uk Open Title on Sat 23rd Jan and then went on and defended her IPF British Title on Sat 30th Jan. She now not only holds both titles but also hold both British records. Natalie has now been selected to go to the World IPF Bench Press Championships at Killeen, USA on 26th May, but unfortunately because this is able bodied competition she has to fund herself, so if there are any sponsors out there please contact Natalie through Boundary Sound.

In March Natalie is going to Dubai to the Asian Games, then in July to Quala Lumpa to the World Championships.these competitions are with World Class Lifting.
