SCHEME RELEIF
Newark
Daytimes, Monday to Sunday. Permanent.
The Scheme Relief covers for the Scheme Managers normal time off which is Saturday & Sunday, and an additional 24-hr period each month. The Scheme Relief will also cover during the Scheme Managers annual leave & Bank Holidays. Cover provided during periods of sickness/training/meetings or any other absence. Contact all tenants in the morning using the speech alarm call system & visit sick/frail tenants. Answer emergency calls if in the scheme & summon assistance as required. Act as point for visiting workmen/window cleaners/gardeners/deal with emergency repairs. Supervise security of the building. Make brief record of scheme occurrences. On leaving the scheme, switch the speech call system over to Anchor. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced/standard disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer/applicant.

360 DRIVER OPERATOR

45 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm. Temporary.
This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Tradeslink Construction Services Ltd who are operating as an employment businessMust have previous experience and hold a current CPCS card. Duties to include driving of a mini digger. Immediate start is available. This is a temporary role for two to three weeks.

This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of GPW Recruitment Services who operate as an Employment Business. Coded MIG Aluminium Welder needed for work in Newark, Nottinghamshire. Candidate must have current MIG Aluminium Codings on Plate greater than 6mm as plate work goes upto 16mm. Work will be on industrial construction site and will need a current CCNSG Safety Passport / SCATS card. If you don't have current MIG Aluminium coding at min 6mm we won't be able to put you forward for the position.
