Balderton Election results revealed



The results of last week's local election in Balderton have been released.

Nine councillors stood for eight seats on Balderton Parish Council, costing the council up to £7,500.

A quarter of those eligible to vote did, and the result saw Gordon and Betty Brooks both elected to the council.

The number of seats on the council was cut this year, after the creation of the new Fernwood Parish Council.
