Notts company launches biofuel at show



A company which produces biofuel in Nottinghamshire will be showing their product at the upcoming Newark and Notts Show.

Phoenix Fuels is a vehicle fuel that produced by crushed oil seed rape, and creates a byproduct with is used to make briquettes called Green Dragon Fuel.

The briquettes burn three times longer than wood, and are used in fuel burning appliances such as boilers and open fires.

The launch of the product will take place in the County Show’s new Environmental Village.

The Newark and Nottinghamshire County Show takes place on Saturday the 10th and Sunday the 11th of May at Newark Showground, Winthorpe.
