(Back to news) Towns schools unaffected by strikeMany Schools across Newark are open as normal this morning, despite todays teachers strike.Nottinghamshire County Council has only been informed of two schools in the area who will be partly closed today due to the strike. The only schools who are affected are Farndon Saint Peters, where all classes will be present apart from the Reception and Class One. The second school affect is Holy Trinity School, Bowbridge Road, where only Class Six will be in attendance. All other infant, primary and senior schools in the area are open as normal.
