Sites for new housing

In the years ahead national Government has declared that many more new homes need to be built to meet growing housing needs across the country. To help meet this target Newark and Sherwood District Council is carrying out a Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA).

The SHLAA will help us to work out how many potential housing sites are available in the District. If you own or know of land or sites that might be suitable and available for new housing please let us know by filling in a Site Submission Form (click here).

Completed Site Submission Forms should be submitted by Friday 9th May 2008 to one of the following addresses:
