Special award for services to school rugby

Bill Bristow, 63, from Southwell, has received a special award for services to rugby at the Joseph Whittaker School in Mansfield, he also played rugby for Newark.

Bill retired in 1996 after working at the school for 25 years but has since been helping out with youth rugby with NLD and Midland schools.

The presentation was made at Millfield School following the U18 international series of matches won by England.
