People living with a disability in the Newark and Sherwood area are to benefit from a £10,000 grant for Nottinghamshire County Council.

The money will go to helping disabled people become more involved in sport and physical activity.

The money will go to the RESOLUTIONS+ project which will run regular projects for disabled people, including regular archery sessions, and boccia.

The RESOLUTIONS+ project is made up of thirteen local groups including, newark Mencap, Southwell Care Project and Balderton Resource Centre.
